Road Racing Events - Pinelands Athletic Club

The Pinelands Athletic Club organises two road racing events a year on the Western Province running calendar.

	Hohenort 15Km Road Race Early in January the Pinelands Athletic Club organises the Hohenort 15 kilometer road race, at the Alphen Community Hall in Constantia. The route is an undulating, tough run through the picturesque suburb of Constantia. More information

	Pinelands 10km The Pinelands 10km takes place the first weekend in August. This is a fast, flat route run mainly through the streets of Pinelands and surrounding areas. It is an ideal race to go for a PB. Walkers are most welcome. More Information
	6×6 Relay and Executive Relay The club was forced to dropped the organisation of two other events: 6×6 relay and the Executive Relay, due to lack of sponsorship and interest in relay running. The 6×6 relay was first held in 1954 and was regarded as the oldest inter-club relay in the Cape.
